Our commitment

adrianheadley.com is my personal portfolio. It exists to present my professional experience, projects, articles, qualifications and related work. It is not an advertising platform and it is not designed to build advertising profiles of visitors.

• No advertising: there are no advertising networks, sponsored tracking pixels or targeted adverts on the site.
• Traffic analytics only: Google Analytics is used to understand visits, popular pages and general site usage so I can see what content is useful and maintain the site effectively.
• No advertising profiling: I do not use fingerprinting or cross-site tracking profiles to target advertising to visitors.

Google Analytics

The site uses Google Analytics to measure website traffic and page popularity. Depending on your browser and settings, analytics data can include pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser information, referral source and general engagement information.

Google Analytics may use cookies or similar browser identifiers to provide these measurements. I use the resulting reports for aggregate site statistics and improvement, not to serve adverts on this website. If you block analytics scripts or cookies, the portfolio itself will still work.

Google provides its own information about how it handles data in its Privacy Policy.

Contact form

If you choose to use the contact form, the information you enter is submitted to Formspree so that the message can be delivered to me. This can include your name, email address, subject, selected topic and message.

The form is optional. Do not include passwords, private keys, access tokens, medical records or other information that is not needed for your enquiry. Formspree is an independent service and operates under its own privacy and security terms.

Accessibility preferences

The Accessibility menu can remember preferences such as text size, colour mode, link underlining, reduced motion and stronger focus outlines. These settings are stored in your browser and may also be saved in a first-party preference cookie so that the same accessibility choice can work across Adrian Headley subdomains.

These preferences are functional only. They are not used to create advertising profiles or personalise adverts.

Static hosting and technical data

The portfolio is delivered as a static website. Hosting, DNS, network and security providers may process standard technical request information, such as an IP address, browser details or request timestamps, as part of delivering and protecting the website. I do not use that information to build visitor profiles or target advertising.

External websites and services

The site links to independent services and websites, including project websites, qualification providers, research sources, social profiles, AH Consultancy and Support/Donate. Those destinations are separate from adrianheadley.com and may have their own cookies, analytics and privacy practices.

A third-party service is contacted only when needed for a feature, such as submitting the contact form, opening an external website, or following an external achievement or research link.

Downloads and files

Some pages may let you open or download documents such as a CV or other portfolio material. Downloads only begin after you choose the relevant link or action.

Changes to this page

This page may be updated if the website changes or if a feature changes the way information is handled. Material changes will be reflected here.
